REFUND, CANCELLATION AND RETURN POLICY

Last updated: 25 September 2026

This Refund, Cancellation and Return Policy applies to digital products and services purchased from JW Coaching through reliablereach.eu.

Because we primarily sell ebooks, online courses and other digital products, there are normally no physical products to return.

This Policy explains your rights regarding cancellations, withdrawals, refunds and defective digital products.

DIGITAL PRODUCTS

Products sold through Reliable Reach may include:

Ebooks. Downloadable digital materials. Online courses. Course materials. Other digital content or digital services.

Digital products are normally delivered electronically, either by providing immediate access through your Reliable Reach account, by download, by email, or through another electronic method described at the time of purchase.

EU AND EEA CONSUMERS – 14-DAY RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

If you are a consumer in the European Union or European Economic Area, you generally have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days without giving a reason.

Different rules apply when digital content is supplied immediately.

If you purchase digital content and request or expressly agree that delivery or access should begin before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, you may lose your statutory right of withdrawal once delivery or access to the digital content has begun, provided that:

You have expressly consented to delivery beginning before the end of the withdrawal period; and

You have acknowledged that by giving this consent you lose your right of withdrawal once delivery of the digital content begins.

Where these legal requirements are satisfied, you will no longer have a 14-day right of withdrawal after delivery or access to the digital content has begun.

IMMEDIATE ACCESS TO EBOOKS AND DIGITAL DOWNLOADS

Our ebooks and other downloadable digital products are generally made available immediately after successful payment.

Before immediate delivery is started, EU and EEA consumers may be asked to expressly consent to immediate delivery and acknowledge that they will lose their statutory right of withdrawal once delivery begins.

Once an ebook or other digital product has been made available for download or otherwise delivered after such consent and acknowledgement, the purchase is generally final and cannot be cancelled simply because you changed your mind.

This does not affect your rights if the digital content is defective, not supplied as agreed, or otherwise does not conform to the contract.

ONLINE COURSES

Online courses may consist of digital content, digital services, or a combination of both depending on the particular course.

Where you receive immediate access to prerecorded videos, written materials, downloads or other digital course content, the rules concerning immediate delivery of digital content may apply.

If you expressly consent to receiving immediate access and acknowledge the loss of your right of withdrawal, your statutory withdrawal right may end when delivery of the relevant digital content begins.

If a course includes services that are provided over time rather than immediately delivered digital content, different withdrawal rules may apply.

Where legally required, we will provide the appropriate information before purchase and obtain any required request or consent before beginning performance during the statutory withdrawal period.

Nothing in this Policy removes any mandatory consumer rights that apply to your particular purchase.

OUR GENERAL REFUND POLICY

Except where a refund, cancellation or other remedy is required by applicable law, purchases of ebooks, immediately accessible digital products and online course content are non-refundable after delivery or access has begun.
